We ship from Boston, MA Monday-Saturday. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing time for regular orders prior to shipment notifications being sent. Please note that there are no shipping pickups by USPS or UPS on Sundays. Large orders are subject to additional processing and lead time. We currently only ship to US addresses due to rules regarding the shipment of food items to other countries. Shipping costs are always non refundable.
All sales are final once the gift leaves the Grazy warehouse. If a gift has been returned non-deliverable to us by mail, you will be notified via email. You will have 5 days to respond with a new shipping address or the gift will be restocked and the order cancelled without a refund.
Due to the customized nature of our gift sets and the perishability of our products, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds. We're confident that your recipients will be overjoyed with your gift. Should an item arrive damaged, we'll happily replace the item at our expense.
